Ian Jones, Tina & Kerry were outstandingly professional and accessible throughout the very difficult process of our house move. Although we were not their direct clients,the team accommodated our enquiries and concerns without hesitation, regularly making contact with us on developments, and guidance. Without this support from them , the roller coaster of emotions we experienced would of been a great deal worse ,and without their communication to all parties involved, the completion period would of been a more time consuming one. We express our extreme gratitude to them ,and would recommend their excellent services to future home movers. Only wish we had signed up with Ian Jones direct from the beginning. Brilliant!
Purchased through Ian Jones, and the team are just fantastic! They helped us every step of the way. Our purchase was made difficult due to solicitors acting up, but Ian Jones went above and beyond to help us! We really cant praise this company enough!
Would 100% recommend, and use in the future!

Ian and his team are excellent. They offer a great personal service which you simply don't get from some Estate Agents. They really care about their customers and are always helpful and friendly. If you want a great house selling or buying experience don't go anywhere else. They are also independent and have years of experience, so they know their stuff! Thanks again.

I cannot recommend Ian Jones estates agent enough. They were extremely helpful and if they couldn’t answer any questions there and then they would find out the answers and ring you back ASAP.
Their knowledge between them is fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for any of them and I most certainly would use them again.
I had a lot of trouble selling my property (nothing to do with the estate agents may I add) and Ian jones and his team bent over backwards to try and help sort everything out, calmed me down every time something went wrong, and also kept the buyer fully informed of progress.
A massive thank you to you all.

Ian Jones Property service is excellent , extremely professional,friendly & very helpful!
They sold my late fathers property very quickly even though we had just started lockdown . They had not only to deal with me in England but had to liaise with my brother in Australia !
Ian & Kerry kept me up to date regularly with the process of the house sell, and even with my solicitors !
If you want to buy or sell a property please use this company you will not be disappointed!

Ian is a very personable, knowledgable estate agent, who knows a lot about the properties and surrounding areas he was showing us.
We viewed a lot of houses with various estate agents, and Ian Jones and his team stood head and shoulders above the rest with their fantastic level of service. They kept us informed throughout the entire process of buying our first home.

We have used Ian Jones estate agents for 2 house moves an on both experiences they have been superb. They have gone above and beyond to help myself and my family. They take the stress out of selling and buying and nothing is too much trouble. They offer a personal friendly caring experience with years of knowledge behind them. I highly recommend them as a team and would of been lost without all of the help they provided.

Great local agent. Looking to sell a house in kingswood, offered a good price, arranged pictures the same day, took pictures the next working day, put it on the market the day after the pictures and sold the house within 3 days, had solicitors arranging a quote on the same day of the sale about 30 mins after.
Always emailed and rang about viewings and other questions, always replied quickly. Literally couldn't of suggested one part which they could of done better. Would never use another estate agent now.

Couldn't have done any more for us. Friendly staff throughout the team, easy to get hold of, updated me consistently throughout and made the ever stressful process of moving house as pain free as possible.
