I would highly recommend Ian Yonge Property Services as they are very approachable and professional in their dealings. They also recommended a solicitor to me and she was also approachable and professional. Nothing was too much for them and both Ian Tonge's staff and the solicitor kept me up to date at all times.

Although times are difficult, sales appraisal and viewings were conducted in an excellent COVID 19 safe manner. Negotiations were very good and we have constantly been updated by the agent when there was the information to impart. Viewings were brisk and a sale agreed within 10 days of being on the market. Ian Tonge Property Services have served us very well so far and Will was excellent in all he is doing for us.
