We have rented a property through Ian Walters and the service was great throughout. From start to finish the process was easy and would recommend to other tenants.

Barely had any communication with them. When I called the lady on the phone couldn’t get my phone number for at least 15 minutes.
At the end she booked me for viewing at 6pm saying she’s not sure if that will be too late.
I turned up, no one came. Waited for 30min, no one even rang me.
When I tried calling their phone number no one picked up.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND WASTE OF TIME.

I have recently rented through Ian Walters Property Management and found the whole experience to be excellent. Communication was good, any issues were promptly dealt with and I would highly recommend.

Renting with Ian Walters was a terrible experience from start to finish. Along with the communications issues raised by the others, he gave us a letting agreement which was clearly a template ripped straight from the internet, it had a load of clauses that did not apply to the property (it stated we had to mow the grass for a top floor flat for example). When we brought this up he refused to amend it and said "in ally years of doing this no one has asked for that". The property was sub-par, it didn't have smoke detectors, and he did nothing about it. He was rude and did not try to accommodate simple requests like us being present for viewings. When we left he even had the gall to try and take £50 from our deposit claiming the skirting boards were too dusty.

Don't bother with this so-called 'agency' - I called them more than ten times over the course of a week, I've left them four messages, tree online and one via their voicemail and no one ever got back to me until a week later when I decided to call nonstop for 30 minutes until someone picked up to rudely let me know that the property has been let - he literally shut the call in my face without allowing me to even say ok. Within the enquiries send, I've asked to put down a holding deposit for a property and eventually rent it, but no one responded. They are the worse agency I've ever tried to rent with. Unless you've got the time to spend chasing them and eventually being told the property it's gone, stay away from them!!!

We previously delt with lettting our property ourselves but with the new regulations needed an agent. Ian walters property were easy to deal with they took the stress out of letting and found us a great Tennant. I would recomend Ian walters great service with a personal touch!
