They'll try to crook you. I had to email and call over 10 times (plus all the times they never picked up which was perhaps about 25 times so, had to ring them over 30 times!!!) to get my deposit back. Same thing happened to the previous tenant but actually, for him, I don't know if he had his deposit back unfortunately. A nice guy, just stayed a couple of months in the flat.. And also, they never informed me before I moved in to the place that the building next door was under heavy construction (they teared it down and rebuilt it, imagine the noise and vibrations and pollution, smells, dust.. and also builders installed scaffolds on my balcony and my roof etc..) and it was during lockdown on top of that when you were not allowed to go out!!! Anyway, they behave like proper crook, no service whatsoever and if you need something, they won't help or they'll try to find a way to put it on you and blame you. They are lazy but when it comes to your money, they'll do everything they can to take it from you. Disgusting people to be honest..... Read more

STOLE £18000 FROM US!! We were emailing back and forth with Michael and the tenancy agreement had been signed by all parties. ONE DAY before moving in, they voided our tenancy agreement and claimed their emails got hacked and that the hacker sent us the wrong bank details to send the money to. Ideal Moves refused to take responsibility, ignored our emails and calls and acted as if it had nothing to do with them. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. BE CAREFUL!!!... Read more
