I don't normally post reviews but in this case I feel I must. We have just sold our house through IJM Estate Agents & Letting. We saw the advert for selling at only 0.5% commission and were a bit dubious that this was real. What would be the catch ? We had been quoted from another very popular Hungerford Estate Agent 1.75%. but there was none. IJM did only charge 0.5% (plus no VAT) and not only were we on Rightmove, Zoppla etc they also used social media. Something I had not thought of and also is not offered by any other Estate Agents around here. We had over 10,000 views on our property in 48 hours of going live....quite unbelievable. Also you can get hold of them at anytime. I had a question at 9:30pm on a Sunday night and they still answered the phone & my question. So without a doubt I would recommend IJM. To anyone. Not only for the cost but the professionalism & the willingness to go that extra mile. I wish them well for the future.... Read more

We have just sold our house though IJM Estate Agents & Lettings. We had never sold a house before and James was very knowledgeable and knew the market in Hungerford and helped us every step of the way. They even helped us with a reputable solicitors to complete the sale. As well as this they only charged us 0.5% which is much lower than any other Estate Agent in Hungerford.
