Unimpressive service from John McDonald at IME. I felt vey little work was done, communication was practically non-existent, phone calls not answered, email response slow. Overall I wish I'd gone elsewhere and don't feel I received value for money. Most of the successes were mainly down to efforts on our part. However, this review more specifically targets John McDonald's misuse of my personal information. In his response to my husband's recent one-star Google review of IME, John discloses a substantial amount of confidential information about me, my husband and our business for anyone to read. I have asked him twice to amend this but he hasn't. I will take this up with the ICO. Poor show all round and extremely concerning.... Read more
