I recently rented a property with Steve and janine at IMC which due to personal reasons at home it wasn't the the outcome I had expected it to be, from the first phone to Steve and janine they were both extremely professional and there help and support will not be forgotten, I can't express enough how much I appreciated both there help and in the future if ever needing to rent a house again this will be the first place I come. Tried to make an appointment to view a property for sale, I’ve sent my proof of fund , call them many times but no answer , only answering machine. Eventually got through to them but the receptionist told me they have to check the diary
first and will call me back . But still not heard anything. They are so unprofessional and very poor service . I will never deal with them again.

Excellent letting agent, I hope to be with them for a long time. Very helpful and friendly, made me feel welcome as soon as I rang them up for the first viewing right through to me renting my first property. I would highly reccomend them.

IMC really took care of me when I arrived in Burnley. They went out of their way to help me choose a property with very reasonable rent. Their contracts and renting process are user friendly, and without all the add-ons that some large letting agencies can charge. I have many years experience renting property and IMC rate as one of the best agencies I have ever used. They are even pet friendly!! Thanks for everything guys. Zoe XX

Top service received from really down to earth friendly and efficient staff.
We used them whilst immigrating from South Africa and they assisted us in securing a property before we even left the country.

Why choose IMC says it all, friendly, reliable, independent, Knowledgeable, trustworthy and experienced. They took all the stress out of selling our property and provided guidance at every step. We received weekly updates and were given dependable feedback following any viewings. The IMC team always picked up the phone when we called and always got back to us if we had any concerns. They made time for us outside of 9 to 5 and were available on Saturday morning, which was great for us due to our work commitments. The property was well advertised and we were very happy with the pictures and the wording. IMC sold our property very quickly and were professional and trustworthy at every stage.
