Any good review IS FAKE. Incompetent company and staff. These people are the cause of my nans health issues . There has been toxic black mould growing in our flat. I contacted them for help and guidance and been chasing them for months but had no response ! I had to go down there twice and there was no one who could help me or give me an answer till I got a solicitor. These people need to be shut down immediately! Before others get hurt... Read more

My experience with Rhys at Indigo Property Management was first class. I enquired about a selling my property and instantly received a call from the Sales & Valuation Expert, he arranged to come round and give me a free valuation. When he visited my property he gave me a honest opinion on what the current market situation was and how to maximise my ability to sell my house in the most efficient way possible, I had received other valuations from some other agents and had been sold false pretences and my house was also extremely over-valued. He offered me a tailored sales service package that suited my needs. Throughout the whole process, I received constant updates in regards to viewing feedback and negotiated offers. Rhys marketed my property, with amazing photographs and beautifully descriptive summary on Rightmove and Zoopla. It is no wonder he quickly received an offer that ABOVE the asking price, I was over the moon, the sale has since been progressing extremely quickly with no problems whatsoever and is set to complete at the start of 2020. I cannot thank Rhys enough for the smoothest sale process from start to finish, his professionalism and honesty throughout has been refreshing and has restored my faith in high street estate agents. This is the most unprofessional estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. They are clueless, Rhys who was meant to do a viewing at a property turned up late, unreachable by phone. Embarrassingly he didn’t even have the keys to the property and told me to look at the property from outside after travelling over 1 hour for viewing. He was clueless about the property and used the excuse that he doesn’t deal with properties and someone else does that who’s on holiday yet continued to be my point of contact for the rest of the negotiation. After 2nd viewing, still clueless and knows no more than I do - tries to get me to make offer all formal and professional when really they’re just a poor estate agent with lack of professionalism and communication skills. After sending all my documents and bank statement, I heard nothing back for a few days, then I followed up to be told the property is no longer available! This is after an initial offer was accepted. Waste of time and money, don’t deal with them weather you’re a landlord or tennant!!... Read more

After having instructed indigo property we had to forcefully move our management away from them. I couldn't agree more with the others on here who have stated that they experienced poor inspections and hardly any services proactively provided and the minimum you expect for the management fee. We have a HMO property and checks on communals were either not done or done late. As for room Inspections they were non existent. Unfortunately we can't even agree with others that there was any small consolation as we found no reason. We felt it literally was a non existent service. The only thing they seemed to be good at when it came to us was pursing the costs for terminating the management agreement early. Despite having spent the year collecting management fees and not carrying out the responsibilities which you would expect a managing agent too All this despite what it seems is the most employed people at an agency I have come across. I alone had to speak to 5 different people. Emails were not always responded too and phone calls rarely returned. We would not use such an agent again and would advise anyone considering a management agent to fully research and understand there track record and reviews first to know what there signing up too...
