What a fabulous way to spend your day. From shopping for just about anything you would expect to get anywhere else, with an added few exceptions. A wonderful choice of restaurants to see you through lunch and dinner. Then in the evening, if you so desire, enough to choose from for drinks. All set in a lovely environment with enough variety to cater for anything from family to a gathering of friends. Highly recommend a visit.... Read more

Beautiful location on the waterfront from where the harbour and Jurassic coast cruise ship leave from. The quay which has some beautiful Flemish and Georgian buildings as well as old gentrified warehouses is charming together with several Al Fresco restaurants, and a pottery. The quay is adorned by palm trees and for those after a cheap pint a Wetherspoons pub in a restored warehouse. I seem to remember that Lord Baden Powell the founder of the Scout Movement had a house near there.... Read more
