Terrible. If you enjoy no heating or hot water then this is the place for you. Happens around once a week. Great if you enjoy waking up for work, turning on the tap and seeing no water come out. Serious build issues which aren’t being fixed. Save yourself the headache.... Read more

Horrible place to live. The heat and hot water has gone out FOUR times in the last month. No one seems to fix it until 24 hours after the problem. Doors and elevators are constantly broken and it smells like marijuana in the elevators often. We are moving out as soon as the lease is up. No sunlight hits our side of building and there is very little light from the windows.... Read more

DON'T LIVE HERE!!! Innova croydon is an awful place to live in, building management does not exist, often we have broken elevators which leaves us to use tue stairs, i live at the 5th and have to use stairs, they do t have 24/7 concierge where i constantly keep misso g my parcels + one day i found a homeless person sleeping on the entrance hall!!! They keep doing parties to promote the building but do not invest in it. I have rented this rubbish place for 6 months and i am moving as soon as the contract expires! You will face all sort of problems in this building. Totally rubbish... Read more

Since writing the review below, my opinion has changed. See the end for updated review on post sale service from Inspired. ———————————————— I was really impressed that I got a call on the same day I logged my interest on Inspired’s website. I spoke with Karam who arranged a viewing of a show flat that same evening and put me in tough with financial advisers who went through my affordability. This was great as I knew what I could afford before my viewing. Karam was really helpful and took time to find out what I was looking for. This helped as I had two developments to choose from, and her advice helped me choose the right one for me. Once I made my reservation, Flo then became my point of contact and kept me updated throughout the process. Being a first time buyer, I appreciated having the same person to talk to if I had any questions. It definitely made the process a little less stressful. Even the solicitors Inspired recommended we’re brilliant - I couldn’t have asked for more from them. I’m really happy with my flat and have recommended Inspired to friends looking to buy their first property. ——————————————— I wrote the comment above a year ago, but unfortunately I’ve had to amend my review and downgrade Inspired to 1star. I’ve recently had a leak in my bathroom and my plumber found that my bath hadn’t been plumbed correctly- meaning i’ve Pretty much had a slow leak since I moved in. Inspired have ignored all communication from me to try and discuss getting the matter resolved. That’s despite me calling (no one answers the phone), live chat on their website and i’m told someone will contact me, but they can’t give a timeframe, emails to multiple inspired contacts, but no one acknowledges them, and visiting their office in Croydon, but they’re interested in helping either. You’d think Inspired would eager to resolve the matter given that my plumber found an empty beer can under my bath. The plumbing is completely sealed behind tiles, so that empty can had been there since my bathroom was fitted. Rather concerning to find out your home was built by contractors who were under the influence of alcohol. But despite send Inspired photos to prove this, they still ignore all contact. If you want a home built with a lack or reasonable care, then Inspired Homes are the developers for you. Interesting how they were able to contact me frequently, after I had moved in, when they wanted to film my flat for their marketing material on YouTube and other platforms of social media. (By the way, I didn’t by a show flat - so they were using my interior design ideas for their own benefit). But when there’s a serious problem that needs resolving - silence. Avoid Inspired Homes.... I bought a flat from Inspired in Epsom (Rutland House) in July '17. To begin with, they were not clear about parking space, which I paid £10K for. In fact I've got only a right to use it rather than be an owner. In April this year several areas (ceiling and walls) in the flat got wet. When I referred this matter to Inspired, they responded that they are not liable for any defects. I wouldn't recommend to buy from them anything.... Read more

There is no doubt that my experience buying a flat for the first time has been made infinitely better by having Karam there to help me through! From the first viewing, Karam was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable not just about the property but also the buying process itself. If I ever had a question, Karam was always quick to respond. She also contacted me regularly, just to check everything was running smoothly. Karam has been amazing throughout the whole process, and I have really appreciated all her help and support. I can also give only positive feedback for Inspired. Every person I have met/spoken with (besides Karam) has been equally as friendly and helpful. I think the property is beautiful and built/finished to a very high standard; and I am very impressed with how hi-tech everything seems! I know buying a flat is never a stress-free process, but as far as I am concerned Karam and Inspired have made it as easy as possible for me. If you want too live in an expensive rabbit hutch with no sun on one side of the building and no views any where ( apart from upper levels ) as if you want to look over Croydon it’s the place for you ! But me I’d rather get some caricature and a nicer area .... Read more
