Had a really good time living at Fortis All Saints House. The tenant manager, Kayleigh, was very helpful at every avenue of need. The area is very safe and never came across any violence or vandalism of any sort. From my experience, you can't go wrong with choosing All Saint House as a place of residence for your studies. The reps are fun and chatty and where possible try to accommodate your needs. Give them a go.... Read more

Located conveniently near the Campus, around are shops and late nigh restaurants. 2 minute walk to the metro. The rooms are neat and well equipped. All Saints House is a great place to live. No issues whatsoever so far, and any difficulties were resolved swiftly and pleasantly. Location is prime, and the rooms and facilities are much higher quality than other similarly priced accommodation. Staff are friendly and respectful - residents, for the most part, tend to be quiet, tidy and considerate. The only problems are the internet, which cuts out occasionally, and the laundry facilities, which are a tad expensive. Kitchen facilities in rooms are top notch!... Read more

Nothing but good things to say about All Saints House and the management team, Kayleigh, Sarah, and the maintenance guys have been very welcoming and friendly from day one, and I have little to no complaints about the room! Would recommend this place to all studying at Sunderland Uni.... Read more

The location was close to St. Peter’s however it was a horrible experience . Hot water lasted 5 mins . Loud people were smoking outside 24/7 .Horrible management . The beds was in a horrendous condition when I arrived completely ripped . Furniture was sticky when I arrived . Definitely not professionally cleaned . Clumps of Dust everywhere. Clearly lying about deposits to buy new furniture as they don’t much tenants.... Read more

I'm counting already 7 residences of Fortis Student Living with testimonials of tenants about water leaks, floods, mice infestations, mould next to the beds and so on. Fortis has not been able to handle the problems and are deliberately ignoring our official complaints.
