Do not use! Unfortunately I had been trapped by these fraudsters who I used to rent my house. Had a rent guarantee agreement which they failed to honour. I was left with poor tenants who trashed my house and I had to instruct solicitors to get them out. Do not use if you are landlord. Loads of other trust worthy estate agents that you can use instead.... Read more

Worst company do not use them! Rented a 1 bed flat in slough. They Backdated fraudulent documents to cover themselves when complaints where made to the council. One estate agent Evan tried to scam me for a fee of £150 in cash but I chalanged him and turns out it did not apply to my property. The property is well over priced at £900 before bills and over 2 years have left us without hot water and a working oven for several weeks. I will never use this company again as long as I have air in my lungs.... Read more

I truly feel scammed after dealing with IPS. I applied for a place to rent after I viewed it. The charged me £200 for a Credit check and holding fee After 3 weeks passed I started chasing them as I have not heard anything from them.
