Bad tenants can be a nightmare and take up valuable time and effort. For that reason its important to use an agent that takes the process of finding the right tenant seriously. My experience of Richard and his team at IQ is that they do exactly that in a professional and competent manner. I am delighted with the quality of tenants IQ have found for me so far, enabling me to concentrate more time and effort on developing my portfolio.
