Never pick up the phone and take ages to respond to emails. My rent is now in arreas and there is no explanation of any kind. When IS first started it was great and everything worked well. Some members of the management team changed last year and from thereon it has gone downhill. Really disapointed and thinking of terminating my contract with this letting agent. ... Read more

I found them very helpful in selling my house within 4 weeks. My house was with another agent for 5 months without any viewings and when I put my property with IS property I felt they dealt with the viewings very professionally and kept me informed. We asked for IS Properties advice after having only 2 viewings in 7 months using another estate agent, IS Properties opinions were honest and to the point. We are currently looking at cancelling our current agent and moving to IS property, I think the accompanied viewings are now essential as well, we are extremely busy as a married couple with a family and this would be so hassle free and you would get feedback immediately rather than having to wait days as well, bonus and at highly competitive prices!!
