Greyfox Estate Agents - Rainham

67C High Street,Rainham,Gillingham

My in-laws purchased their new home through Greyfox and could not have been happier with the entire Greyfox team. At every stage they went over and above, and even helped on aspects outside of their core responsibilities - certainly not what I'm used to from estate agents! I (and my in-laws) would have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you are selling your house using Greyfox, do consider that potential buyers are made to fill in very long winded online forms in order to get a viewing using Greyfox, followed by a long delay by this estate agent to get in contact to arrange the viewing. This can take several days (they like to take their time and don’t seem to care about that). It is not easy as a buyer to get a viewing when compared with other companies and feels almost as if you have to pass a “test” of compatibility just to see a house. Personally, as a buyer I felt that this was very off putting and I have purposely avoided looking at properties being sold by this estate agent. They just seemed too “up” themselves. Shame because I was a cash buyer and someone selling their house with this estate agent could have made a sale had the viewing process not been such a barrier! I would consider selling your house with an estate agent who are willing to offer viewings quickly without a lengthy process for potential buyers.

Your Move - Sittingbourne

28 West Street

We loved our experience with Your Move. Our agent Sue showed us one property that it was obvious we were not interested in. On the spot she offered us a viewing of another property she thought we would like. We loved the second property and Sue showed us through it with just the right amount of interference and comments without following us around. Sue also engaged us in conversation about our personal lives and fought for us with the landlord so that he would choose us for the property. After we signed the lease and Sue had worked out any details/questions with the landlord, they held a financial meeting with us. At this meeting they were not forceful and even told us that actually, we really didn't need the service at the time. Overall a great company and experience!

Very poor experience. Valued my house and then wanted to advertise it at selling price when it came to contracts. Was told their commission was 1%, however on reading contract it had 0.25% vat added too. Now waiting 3 weeks to get refund for photography that I paid. Have contacted them 4 times and still waiting. Look elsewhere.

Your Move - Rainham

84 High Street

We have found Donna and her team in Rainham to be very efficient and they have worked hard to sell many of our new houses. They are always available to speak to and get the job done with the least possible hassle. All of the team know what is expected of them from us and are happy to answer queries when they arise. We very much recommend them.

Hideous company! I wouldn't bother viewing houses with them unless you plan to get your mortgage with them as well. Your offer could be the highest offer but might not be accepted if someone with a lower offer is getting their mortgage through them....I get the feeling any offers you put forward wont be passed to the seller unless you have a meeting with their financial adviser. They obviously push to sell their houses along with other services to make the most they can, putting themsleves before the seller & buyer.

So helpful at all times, made moving house much less stressful. Would definitely buy and sell through Bairstow Eves again

Lisa Wood

I rented a house with Bairstoweves sittingbourne for 11 years and within that time kept the property up to a immaculate standard when the landlord decided to sell it was amazing how this branch stop communicating around getting your deposit back and then take a landlords side in trying to get you to pay £200 for a cleaning bill that is totally unreasonable I was dealing with Tracy Scott please do not use this place!!!!
