Staff are friendly enough till they outright lie about the lease length on a property to the point you already have solicitors ready to make the purchase. Thankfully a friend looked for us and found the lease length was next to worthless. When I questioned them about this they insisted they were always transparent with the lease length. But the various messages I have saying different would suggest different. Was told 97 years multiple times. Ended up being 80 years. Would have got trapped into the purchase too if there wasn't people looking out for this exact thing. Apart from that communication was next to terrible. I will never recommend them. They're nice till you call them out on their lack of integrity!... Read more
