Horrendous leaving a elderly women with no gas and then leaving a family Homless because of being a day late paying rent witch was your fault for Mis communication a list of things from various tennents and as I write this now I’m working on a documentary that will show the uk what real rouge landlords look like if anyone has any sense do not go with these as it will be the worst choice you make and good luck to anyone that dose rent from them... Have a couple of property’s with J&C Very proactive team, deal with any issues without fuss. It was noted that “Doris” from number 10 rang J&C to say the power had tripped and she needed an electrician, after a brief conversation they managed to instruct her on how to change the light bulb in the living room.
