We got to know Lucy during our search for our new home. More importantly, she also got to know us really well and understood the type of house we were looking for. Of course all agents work for the sellers but at JS you really feel the relationship with the buyers is also just as important.

Shari worked with both sell & buy side solicitors to speed up the process and make sure everyone was happy.

First class service from Jonathan during our recent house purchase. He went the extra mile to be available, including out of office hours, and kept us fully informed from all parties involved in what turned out to be a tricky conveyance.
Friendly, approachable, I would definitely use his services again in the future, as well as recommending him to family and friends.

I sold my property through the Sevenoaks Branch of Jackson Stops and would thoroughly recommend them. The team are very friendly and professional. They aim to get to know you as well as your property. They like to conduct viewings themselves which leads to a more impartial and honest viewing. Everyone at the office visited the property and talked to me so that they were well informed when showing people around. My contact kept me well informed every step of the process and if they weren't in the office when I phoned everyone else was sufficiently well informed about my sale to answer my questions.

To be honest,I have had dealings with Jackson stops offices in two other completely different areas from Chelmsford,and they have all been so wonderfully helpful and most pleasant staff ..

When I put the house back on the market in April '22 after challenging personal circumstances had forced me to withdraw from a sale some 15 months earlier, Simon Milledge worked with such speed and professionalism that an offer was secured in less than three weeks.
