All the team we had dealings with were very personable and ensured the process ran as smoothly as possible, showing great understanding when we did hit a hiccup or two. Communication was as efficient as we were promised, verbal feedback was given promptly and a weekly email received every Tuesday afternoon without fail! In particular, Chris was fantastic at liaising with the various parties and worked relentlessly to iron out any problems and ensure the chain held tight, constantly keeping us closely informed. Jackson-Stops are without doubt, the best estate agents in the area and I state this based on our own house sale experience recently and also previously in the late 1990s with my father's property. Our house was under offer within 2 weeks of the board going up (JS got the price absolutely at the sweet spot) and the entire process was managed seamlessly. The regular checks by Nicki P with both parties solicitors, often with little nudges to remind of timelines, took a huge weight off our shoulders as she ensured that everyone stayed on track. All the staff were involved at some stage and the JS teamwork, good humour and professionalism meant that there was practically no stress for my family. A huge THANK YOU to all at JS Team Dorking!
