    Renting property is fraught with all sorts of different issues and pitfalls. When you're new to the rental market, there's even more to be cautious about. But I was hugely impressed with the professional and friendly lettings team at JSS Mayfair. Everything, from the initial viewings, through making an offer and taking references, and the tenancy agreement itself, was handled calmly and efficiently. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and e-mails never went unanswered, with timely responses to questions and queries. They're clearly a very capable team, and one I would be happy to deal with again.
