Jackson Stops were very involved on the journey from having the offer accepted to completion ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved. The agent I was dealing with Rosie Poole, provided regular updates on the progress of the chain, sellers position and the conveyancing. I can safely say that without Rosie’s persistence the lengthy and complicated chain of properties would of have not completed without any major issues!

Recently completed on our purchase via Jackson-Stops Weybridge.
Found the whole process rather stressful, felt the agents and management within the agency to be very pushy and slightly elusive with answers to our questions regarding our sale.
When things slowed down in the chain, through no fault of our own, they became rather threatening telling us the vendor would re-list the property, even though it had never been delisted throughout the whole process.
Felt throughout the process, the agent Sunny was only interested in the interests of the vendor and not us as the actual people purchasing the property.
They will hound you frequently for updates, rather than speaking to the Solicitors whose hands the entire Sale/Purchase tends to be in.
Would avoid this agency in the future due to treatment received on this occasion.

Jacksons Weybridge's letting team led by Joe has been an absolute godsend for my rental with the sudden departure of the tenant. They explained my options and likely timescale for next steps. They found a new long term tenant only within a few days of the ad going live, which they predicted and this was very reassuring. Eloisa took full ownership of my property and always kept me up to date on anything I needed to know. She was very quick to respond whilst being thorough with anything I inquired. The entire experience has been great and it was refreshing to work with an agent who performs at this level. Thank you Eloisa, Joe and the lettings team:)

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jack as Jackson-Stops Weybridge, whilst looking into options for moving to the Weybridge area. Jack was brilliant, showed me a few diverse options, all of which I was impressed with and liked. His relaxed and pragmatic approach was very appreciated, answering all my questions and not putting pressure on me to act/decide. My move ultimately was paused but I will certainly contact Jack again when I am re-looking at it.
