We have recently found a property to rent via Jackson Stops and the service we have received from Simon Roberts has been second to none, Simon is very professional and engaging.
From the first meet, to the handling of paperwork, the process has been effortless and stress free, We have both struggled with estate agents in the past and dreaded the whole process, however Simon has been amazing and completely changed our perception, he carried out the whole process from start to finish in a professional, highly knowledgeable manner with nothing ever being too much to ask. Simon had vast knowledgeable on the property we were viewing and knew the local area very well.
We thought that all of the marketing from Jackson Stops had been prepared to a very high standard and much better than anything else we had seen produced other agents. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into making any decisions, we felt we had the perfect amount of time to view the house, think about the property & even go back for a second viewing without the worry of it being snatched away, Simon gave us the reassurance we needed.
Every telephone call was answered by the team in the office, every message has been passed on and every phone call has been returned without fail, Simon kept us informed throughout the process answering our questions and queries efficiently and accurately.
Would highly recommend Jackson Stops, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simon Roberts

It was a pleasure to deal with the professional and knowledgeable team at Jackson-Stops Woburn. Anthony Inskip was excellent at keeping us in the loop at all stages of helping us to secure our dream home. The process inevitably dragged on during Covid, but we were never left in the dark and our messages were alway responded to immediately or early the next day. Helen in the office was very reassuring and also very knowledgeable about our purchase. Anthony knew exactly when and how to nudge the other parties along - in particular the Solicitors on both sides! - and this really helped to reduce the stress we felt. Communication is key in all businesses and we were really impressed with the quality, honesty and high standards employed by Jackson Stops.

We had used numerous agents over the previous 18 months who were good at Pre-sale but less so at the sale and closure and two way flow of information. We finally went to Jackson Stops-Woburn (JS) as we felt that they had more experience of selling older period properties than their counterparts. We quickly got the feeling from the team that they too loved our house and could see a great family home for someone. We knew it was a specialist buy given its age, features etc. and wanted someone to get these across. Once a buyer was found they were excellent at keeping all parties up to speed, despite Brexit, Covid, and broken chains.
Our house purchase fell through on the day of exchange and Antony and the team gave us great advice and support. The sale finally went through in August 2020, we moved out into storage and decamped to our house in Italy whilst the legal process for our new home was being executed.
What we particularly liked was they way in which they kept us fully engaged throughout on the progress of a viewing and the feedback from the clients.
We highly recommend the whole Team at JS-Woburn, which is important.

The service I received from Jackson Stops in Woburn was of the highest quality. Anthony Inskip (senior partner) was recommended to me by someone who works in property professionally and lived up to his recommendation. He was not just highly professional, he was incredibly decent and honest with me - even when that honesty didn't suit or help his agenda. It was incredibly reassuring to know when buying and selling the most expensive of assets that the man in my corner was giving me the unvarnished truth. I also gathered from other agents in the region that he was very highly respected and well-known for such professionalism. I would recommend him - and the whole team - unreservedly.

Whilst maybe not directly the fault of the Company they were acting as the agent for a property I viewed. I was contacted at 1pm to be told the Landlord wanted to accept us as tenants and all the referencing paperwork would be conpleted after giving my family the good news I was emailed by the agent to say " actually they might now be offering it to a farmhand who lives local and doesnt need any of the maintenance sorting but will let you know"
After a few follow up emails I got a response to say "sorry they are letting the other person have it"
As potential tenants letting Agents do a lot of quite intrusive checks before even approaching a landlird, perhaps the same thoroughness should be applied before taking on Landlords.
In the space of 24 hours we went from delight to bitter dissapointment which shouldnt happen.

We have recently sold our property and brought our forever home through Jackson-Stops in Woburn. Everybody we dealt with was extremely helpful, especially Anthony who even helped us find an interim rental whilst we were waiting for our new purchase to complete. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and was always on hand to answer any queries we had. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly professional service. I can't recommend Anthony and his team enough.

As a buying agent I work with estate agents on a daily basis. Having just exchanged contracts for a client on lovely country house in Bedfordshire, I am pleased we were buying through Jackson Stops Woburn office, and in particular Ian Denton. Ian was extremely approachable and transparent throughout the whole transaction, and along with his colleague Neil Abraham, helped maintain excellent communications, which I have no doubt was a major factor in the sale reaching a satisfactory conclusion. In addition, their depth of knowledge of the local market is second to none, so I would have no hesitation in recommending Jackson Stops, whether selling or buying.
