They don't even deserve one star. Their so called property management team are a waste of time. They ignore everything - you literally have to harass them to get a response, and when someone does show up to "fix" something it is done badly e.g. the carpet on our stairs is stapled down..... We have had the worst year ever living in our property. Starting from the property not being clean when we moved in (they ignored us until we threatened not to pay rent), and ending with the fact that the boiler has not worked for 4 months - over 1/4 of the tenancy. The most unhelpful and lazy people I have ever had to encounter. Needless to say, I cannot wait to move out.
