Deposit was withheld, cause was just natural wear and tear. Furniture was cheap.as possible and i was blamed for damaging it. Also, they never issued me with a door fob but claimed they did. If I were asked by a prospective tenant i would tell them not to use this agency. I consider they stole £475 from me. I cannot legally get it back but want to warn other people.... Read more

I have set up an account to respond to Carl Dobsons review. Firstly most of what you have written is false but i will apologise as I know the customer is always right. We offer a service to a landlord and all landlords have different preferences, this particular property the landlord had already found a tenant at a similar time to your viewing, completely out of my control. How you have given me a 1* service doesn't really phase me, I have seen you do this a lot to companies on google reviews, damaging business's for something that they have no control over isn't really nice, but if it helps you sleep that's good.
