Just completed on our first property purchase last week. Tim, Kav, and the rest of his team have been outstanding. At the beginning, property viewings were arranged quickly and once our offer had been accepted, we always knew how far along the buying process we were, with our regular catch ups with Tim. At all steps along the way James Anderson were professional, friendly and efficient. Every property purchase always brings its own unique set of challenges, and although our buying process was slightly drawn out, Tim was extremely proactive throughout. He carefully explained the different steps as we faced them, and towards the end of the process when the two sets of lawyers started to butt heads, Tim was actively helped push things along from the ‘sellers’ side.
