Firstly, the state in which the house was left in for us to move in was unbelievable, so many things needed fixing and renewing and was only fixed after a few months. The communication was shocking, would only reply after numerous calls and emails and even when, the team were very blunt and rude. Left us with no heating and water over Christmas because of a leak from an old radiator. The boiler also needed fixing but was only dealt with after 4 visits. I never leave reviews, but want to warn future students.

We moved in to a house that was not cleaned as in contract there was slugs in the basement and mould on the walls. Now we have no heating or hot water and JCP have been informed and days later it is still not sorted.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Rented accommodation which has not been cleaned, has an infestation of slugs in 2 rooms, has cheap ill fitting features, including curtains and a wardrobe that collapsed when used. Only 3 out of 15 spot lights working and numerous promises to fix, which have all turned out to be blatant lies. Do not rent from this company.

Evie makes leasing from JCP an easy decision. She’s been so responsive, helpful, and makes us feel like we matter to JCP. Leasing through a third-party offers a lot of advantages, but requires a high degree of trust from the tenant to the agent. Evie builds trust and has been completely reliable.
