I have has a terrible service from the Newport. The amount of paperwork is needed is just ridiculous. Won’t recommend this one. They promised me to get me the flat but they couldn’t and nobody took the responsibility of my tenancy. I am simply frustrated. Even they ask for some information that is not according to the law. They took the deposit and holding me back. And after the last moment they are telling me that my guarantor hasn’t been accepted.

Worst agency to rent a house. I would never recommend anyone as they are like a fraud. I had taken a house on the basis of the picture but the house from inside was completely different and I could not view it because the agency kept cancelling the appointment. It’s been more than 2 months and my deposit is still not returned. They say the houses are student friendly but paperwork is a big hassle.
The charges the agency is claiming are unwanted and not something I should be responsible of paying. Even before moving in a 4 bedroom house I was told only 2 people can stay in the house and all the beds were dismantled and need to pay from my pocket to get a new bed or repair cost.
Also the landlady kept contacting me directly and asking to visit the house which is against the contract. She wanted to sell most of it but now the agency is charging me for the same things. In the check in and check out list I had returned the house in exact same condition there is nothing missing or additional damage but the agency is charging me £1175 for damages.
