James kept us updated weekly with market details, views our property were getting online/on apps & got viewing feedback for us the next working day. He fought our corner every step of the way when we found a buyer too & was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was mostly done through Email & at times WhatsApp. This kept things stress free, casual & so it didn't feel like a spam of calls were coming in. The emails also didn't feel like spam & always felt like they were important and informative for our property.
