    Contact wasn't the best, i was always chasing for feedback from viewings. Over 30 viewings. No second viewings. No doubt its a tough market right now, but I am surprised they didn't even secure a second viewing. A lot of potential buyers were not suitable for the property as they wanted a second double bedroom. Which my flat clearly doesn't have.

    These are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. They claimed our property was secure and we made payment, then they gave it to someone else who offered slightly higher. We were left with nowhere to live 2 weeks before move in date. AVOID!
