After dealing with numerous unhelpful estate agents, we contacted James Pendleton, SW18 and spoke to Jake Tribolet. From the very first contact Jake was helpful, polite and professional. Once we'd viewed the flat we loved, Jake went over and above what would normally be expected and sent us emails and texts late in the evenings and even on Sunday (his day off) to update us with news from the landlord. Having secured the property, Jake has kept in contact to make sure our move went smoothly and to check if he could help any further. We'll definitely be contacting Jake again in the future if we're looking for another rental property - we'd highly recommend him!
