I am currently in the process of buying in SW18 through James Pendleton and have dealt with Sophie Sharman from day 1 and she has been absolutely incredible. As a first time buyer it's all very new to me and she has been at the end of the phone for my endless (daily) questions and it has never been an issue for her even if she is busy. The mortgage broker and solicitor that she has personally recommended have also been fantastic and are making the whole process stress free. With anything that I am unsure about, I trust Sophie's judgement 100% and am extremely confident that the rest of the sales process will go as smoothly as it has done so far.
