James Pendleton were very professional throughout my buying process, sticking to my requirements, never missing an appt and always turning up on time to viewings. Daniel was particularly efficient in the final stages of exchange, keeping all parties informed and ensuring everything ran to what was a tight timetable.

Daniel was extremely efficient and helpful throughout our buying process. Although the process took a little while, he made sure that everything was done as quickly as possible and was always happy to show us around the property and answer any questions, however irrelevant !!

From start to finish, James Pendleton Estate Agency has been totally professional - courteous, attentive, and most of all pro-active. I initially got 3 Estate Agents round to value the property and was instantly displeased with 2 of them for their sloppy unprofessional manner - not a good first impression for myself or any potential buyers. James Pendleton shone out from the start and they haven't disappointed. Courtney Rawlings has been excellent so thank you for all your hard work!

Realistic and honest people and these two are major traits, considering that we are talking about estate agents! I would definitely recommend them. Paul Hurrell is especially professional and approachable.

James Pendleton miss appointments and try to convince you about viewings you don't particularly want to do. I was stood up outside a property off Lavender Hill I really wanted to see with a phone call to say they hadn't been able to obtain keys!? I was then told that I would instead be taken to view a property I had already ruled out with them. The incompetence / arrogance of the seemingly death as well as dumb female I dealt with at the time was shocking. What however has prompted me to write this review is that after countless attempts to have me removed from their mailing list, I am still receiving unwanted alerts. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
