James Pendalton made my move from the US to the UK as easy as possible. I worked with an agent named Jake and he was fantastic. Answered my questions quickly and thoroughly no matter how many I asked. If I ever find myself needing to move again, I will absolutely use this team with no second thoughts.

I have recently let through Chloe Caddie who was amazing & found us the perfect property. Chloe was extremely helpful & went above and beyond to make make our move as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend renting though James Pendleton & will definitely be contacting Chloe for my next move.

I dealt directly with Jake at James Pendleton. I worked with him last year, and remember him as one of the more diligent and straight forward people to work for, but ended up renting an apartment outside his area. This year I worked with Jake again, and was nothing shy of a flawless experience - very accommodating to book viewings that fit all of the flatmates, straight forward, and most importantly easy to reach/quick to respond whenever we had a question. Lastly, Jake made a point of getting back to us the same day or day after when we put in an offer, making the whole process easiest since I moved to London several years ago. If I move again, Jake will be my first call.

James Pendleton miss appointments and try to convince you about viewings you don't particularly want to do. I was stood up outside a property off Lavender Hill I really wanted to see with a phone call to say they hadn't been able to obtain keys!? I was then told that I would instead be taken to view a property I had already ruled out with them. The incompetence / arrogance of the seemingly death as well as dumb female I dealt with at the time was shocking. What however has prompted me to write this review is that after countless attempts to have me removed from their mailing list, I am still receiving unwanted alerts. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
