Was put on a 16 week sole agency contract. In 16 weeks they managed to arrange 2 viewings of which only 1 actually viewed our home.
After switching agents I had 22 viewings see our home before an offer was made. I have no idea how James Pendleton expects to sell homes if they don't get people through the doors.

Mandy understood my requirements really well and did not waste my time by taking to properties that didn't respond to my criteria, which is so valuable when trying to cut out time between work and viewings. Cant fault my experience with James Pendleton. Their service is excellent. In particular Mandy White worked extremely hard to push the purchase (of 209 Chapelier House, Riverside Quarter) through as both myself and the seller were keen to make the move happen ASAP. Mandy communicated brilliantly with all parties involved liasing with legal teams and helping problem solve, and is a credit to the company.
