Had great experience recently in my rental search, in particular with Natasha, showed multiple properties and was always helpful guiding us through the process and helped get the flat we wanted! Was always happy to answer calls even for minor things and even spotted a minor change needed to contract that we didn’t even notice so much appreciated there. Was also nice as Natasha had showed us the property we moved into a year ago as well so was nice to see her again to show us round as we could trust her and she even vividly remembered the property from over a year ago which I found very impressive. After giving our criteria list, they started to show us places that hit the nail on the head; some properties that had just hit the market and no dodgy places that were £300 over budget as a 'punt' as other agents had done previously. Our experience of letting agents up to this point was being on the end of multiple viewings booked at the same time - so much that it felt like a cattle auction.. James at Jacksons was a breath of fresh air - his calm manner and knowledge on the properties was fantastic and with no cross bookings, the whole experience felt very personal. Would highly recommend - ask for James.

I have had very few problems with the property itself, and those that I have had have been resolved promptly. On minor issues, responses have occasionally been a little slow, but the important issues have always been dealt with swiftly and appropriately. We made the big decision to move from our beloved Balham to Wandsworth and we decided to utilise Jackson’s for the second time for consistency. However we wish to convey our delight in dealing with Taylor. She 100% understood what we were looking for in our next home and she came out trumps! We love our new apartment and location so much and we owe it all to Taylor. Both my husband and I are both in sales and we didn’t find Taylor pushy. My husband would even consider offering a position within his organisation as she is truest a rare find. Keep the good work up!

They are fantastic in showing you great properties then once you've signed the contract, you are on your own. Definitely place priority on landlords and do not care about tenants. During our 3 years, we had 3 different property managers and all were incompetent. I've heard similar situations from other tenants under Jacksons that the response time is dismal especially for maintenance issues. It would take us weeks to get anything fixed or repaired and that would be due to several phone calls in addition to emails. We loved our place but were treated badly after having to end our contract early due to tragic family circumstances, beware of a heartless Ms Everard. If you are looking at estate agents in Wandsworth, head elsewhere because there are plenty of better options!

During this period they found several sets of tenants, dealt with repairs and at the end when I decided to sell the property privately, helped liase with the tenants when we needed to have viewings.
