I cannot recommend James Wood International, and in particular Ben Wood, enough. They made the whole process so easy and straight forward. Ben was always on hand and contactable for any queries we had. Ben guided us through the process of not only selling our house but also supporting us with purchasing our new property, by giving us advice and guidance on valuations and offers. Ben was not only available to us at weekends and evenings for queries and support but also to potential buyers of our property by carrying out viewings outside of office hours meaning we did not have to get involved with showing buyers around. PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST ESTATE AGENTS IN THE WORLD !! NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR RESPOND TO MESSAGES. PHONE ALWAYS GOING TO VOICE MAIL NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FOR AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY. SHOCKING AS HOW THEY MANAGE TO DO ANY BUSINESS AT ALL REALLY.
