Representative came out agreed on fee and how much property was going on sale for then asked to sign. Weeks later I ring up to find out if there's been recent interest in which they tried to get me to drop asking price by £10,000 after originally being told the asking price would sell easy. I requested to cancel their services in which they told me I was tied in to a sole agreement with themselves for 20 weeks and couldn't go with another estate agent. This was never mentioned to me before signing with them, I had been mis-sold their services. I have made a complaint and will be seeking Futher action. if you do go through this company please make sure to ask the full terms before signing any agreement and be aware they also fail to retrieve feedback from recent viewers.
