Exercise caution when considering purchasing property from Jaspar developers. Their construction standards are notably low, often employing unprofessional technicians and utilizing inexpensive materials. Shortly after purchasing the property, we encountered various issues such as loose floor tiles, squeaky floors, and a boiler installed incorrectly, with the inlet and outlet reversed. Additionally, there were instances of water and gas leaks, along with numerous roof problems, all within a couple of years. Their customer care is characterized by a lack of empathy and rudeness. They employ deliberate delay tactics and show complete negligence towards addressing snagging issues. Despite repeated requests from residents to address these issues, Jaspar developers have ignored them, deliberately delaying resolution until after the warranty period expired. They have even washed their hands of responsibility, suggesting that residents fix the issues themselves. A reputable company would take responsibility for addressing fundamental issues with flooring, plumbing, and overall building quality. These issues were initially concealed due to the new construction, only becoming apparent after professional inspections. I'm disappointed with the Jaspar Group's performance as property developers. The snagging work on my residence remains incomplete, and their choice of a management company for the building has proven to be a terrible decision. Their lack of attention to detail and poor management choices have left a sour experience for residents like me.... Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. If you are planning to buy a house AVOID Jaspar. If I could give my house back I would. Such an unprofessional and dishonest company. All 5 star reviews are written by Jaspar themselves. After 6 months your house will literally fall apart and Jaspar will refuse to fix it and claim the warranty has run out after 6 months on a new build? I could probably build a shack out of wood with my bare hands and it would be more sturdy than my building. If you request any information that they don't want to provide, they will threaten to call the police on you saying your harassing them and send rude emails calling you names. Flooring doesn't even meet building regulations, its cracked and poorly insulated. You will hear the person above you non stop unless you pay to soundproof your house yourself. They have also entered my property and instructed builders to enter my property on several occasions without my permission and claimed it was a 'mistake'. If you want a house that is built as cheap as possible, no regard for health and safety, doesn't meet building regulations, goes against planning permissions and is based solely on dishonesty - this company is for you :)... Very poor customer service and rude management. They take weeks to reply to a simple email if they bother to reply at all. They have no idea what they’re doing. Our building is a mess and they just don’t care. They don’t bother to check if they have given you the correct information. Spoiler alert. It was WRONG on many occasions. Moving into one of their properties in July 2020 was a great experience until we learnt that our gas meter (amongst many others) was located externally on a lower roof. To access it for meter readings, I have to enter an adjacent building and climb down a ladder. For H&S reasons this was no longer allowed after a few months and Jaspar need to be contacted to do this. 'Contacted' being a keyword because my energy company now hates me. I email Jaspar, I ring Jaspar - every month is the same procedure - it takes ages to get a gas meter reading to submit to my energy company. So not only do they hate me, they also give me an estimate that is way off what it typically should be. Cheers guys.... Read more

If you want a company that does everything as cheap as possible, with next to little care for H&S regulations and even less for their residents then this is the company for you! After being told "you're lucky your flat hasn't burnt down yet" by electricians when we had issues with the electrics in the kitchen (melting plugs, all appliances on 1 circuit) the property manager told us to "call 999 if you have an emergency" and this was "a minor issue" this wasn't a very convincing response to someone worried for not only their own life, but their 4 week old son too. Reminding him of his duty of care and the meaning of gross negligence swayed him to be a bit more proactive, rather than waiting for our home to burn down first. I won't bore anyone with the countless other issues (major and minor), just thought I'd share the one that summed it all up the most.... Read more

Purchased a new build property from this developer/management company. Before final completion we gave a snag list with all the problems in the property and we were promised to be solved to the best of their ability. Their ability was only a fraction of the problems they left behind. After that We had a radiator leakage, electrical circuits not installed by regulations, sockets melting from overloading, power cuts, poorly made sound insulation cracked ceiling, shaking floor, loose floor boards, shower cabins leakage. Since they are no longer the management company of our building We don't have any expectations from them. Hope this will help with any future homeowners decision making.... Read more

I am editing this review after little over a year in a property managed by the Jaspar Group. I had initially given four stars as things had improved after a rocky start, but the months to follow were a unique blend of lack of a systematic approach, delays, patch solutions, little care for the safety of residents in the case of electrical hazards, half bothered responses given weeks after important questions were raised and, in some cases, no response at all. I will now never get to learn the answer to those questions as Jaspar no longer manage the building (we were never notified of this), but the best thing is the way we learnt about this: there was an issue with electricity in some of the flats, one of the leaseholders contacted the WhatsApp emergency group set up by the building manager, and the building manager said he no longer managed the building, then proceeded to leave the group without another word. Speechless. I am not giving one star purely because at least from a financial point of view their management seemed ok. We didn't go over budget with shared expenses and even got a small amount back in year 1. Not that that makes up for the rest, but credit were credit is due.... Read more

We have had none stop problems with Jaspar since we moved in. From bathroom leaks, a stolen bike, intercoms that do not work etc. We moved in November 2019 and reported a leak in the bathrooms and till date (Sept 2021) this has not been resolved. We have had our grouting damaged and moulds growing due to the unresolved issue.It has been stressful to say the least.... Read more
