Are all of these positive reviews posted by landlords instead of tenants or even real reviews? My experience with JBRL was negative. They played me against another person wanting to take a flat and it was blatantly obvious as they are not very good liars. Everything about this whole process was a hassle. What people like this with their poor customer service (more landlord-centric than tenant centric) do not understand is that private tenants are the house buyers of tomorrow. However, I would not touch JBRL with a barge pole to buy my first property now.
