I am an Italian expat. The thought of having to look for a house on my own, combined with my lack of knowledge of the English language, terrified me, but now I realise that I shouldn’t have been afraid of anything because there is nothing that JBrown Stratford Estate Agents cannot settle in the property market. After numerous viewings, I found the property of my dreams, thanks to Esther's dedication, professionalism, and availability; she was very patient and sweet with me. To top it all off, I recommend JBrown Estate Agents for great customer service and great properties.

I’ve been looking for a studio in the uk for over 2 months now. I called in JBrown and they were able to find me studio close to my university (queen mary). They sent me a link and the video of the property and I immediately liked it. The referencing process was smooth and easy. I’m so thankful to you guys.

I just moved to the uk from Nigeria for my studies, I contacted JBrown looking for a 1 bedroom apartment near my university. They didn’t have any at the moment but told me they would contact me as soon as they did. A week later I received a call and they told me about this property. By the end of the week I was able to arrange a viewing and put down an offer. Great service and thanks a lot for your help

Trying to book a property viewing for a Saturday between 11:00 - 13:00, can't do other times. Sonya was the agent, booked me for 14:00, had to e-mail again and said I can't do that time. She booked me in for 12:00.
1 hour before the viewing, got an automated e-mail from Richard saying the viewing was moved to 14:00 without explanation. Called to find out why, first lady said she will find out and call me, 30 minutes later no response, called again, a gentlemen put me on hold and said ignore the 14:00 e-mail, the viewing will still carry out at 12:00. Had to rush there by now.
Arrived on time, the agent was 15 minutes late, no apologies AND have no access to the property. Stood there for another 10 minutes, watched him try to call and get access to the property. No luck.
The most unprofessional and disorganised estate agent I've been with for the past 2 years of property viewing.
