For past 4 years we were renting a property through P&G and I can tell you that they are the best. There wasn't a single instance through out the entire tenure were we had a negative experience. We had been moved to this house since my little one were just 3 months old and now she is 4 yrs old. P&G supported us through out the entire 4 years. Would highly highly recommend the team at Phillips George Estate Agents if you're looking to sell/buy a new home. This has been the second time I've worked with Clare and the team and it's been an absolute pleasure. They're professional, responsive, always do what they've say they will and also update you constantly. There's never a point where you're not informed. Fantastic service from Clare, Paul and Sam at Phillips George. They sold a property for us which was complicated by the Covid restrictions and a buyer lower down in the chain having to pull out. They were totally professional at all times and provided loads of feedback on viewings and kept in touch throughout the sales process. Importantly they communicate - they ring you back when they say, something unusual in the modern world and respond to emails swiftly. Phillips George Estate Agents are amazing. From the very first contact up to the exchange of keys they have been honest, reliable, responsive and friendly. Our sale and purchase has taken around 6 months to complete with several hiccups along the way. Clare and her team have dealt with all of these in a prompt and professional way, and were able to give us reliable advice at every stage. Their communication with clients is second to none, I always felt in the loop with every stage of the process and would have regular emails and phone calls. Clare and the team could not have done more to help in the process of selling our house. It is after the sale has been made that the hard work seems to start.
