Our family had the privilege of being looked after by Charlotte at Jessica James Properties for just over 4 years. She was always very friendly and as efficient as she could be, given that, sometimes, the landlord didn't see the urgency, or the plumber/engineer couldn't attend any time soon. She always made the effort to keep us updated, and to assure us that whatever the issue was (and there were many with that property!), she was on the case. When we moved out, Charlotte was excellent at sorting out cleaners on our behalf, and was speedy at reporting back to the landlord so that we could get our deposit back. I highly recommend Jessica James Properties - especially as long as Charlotte is there. She's brilliant, and our daughters loved her, and would follow her around and chat with her whenever she came over for an inspection! ?? Thank you, Charlotte! ????... Read more

Jess is brilliant... when we first put our property on the market she sold it in just under 2 weeks.. but then the sale fell through. We were at risk of losing the house we had reserved and it was a really stressful time. Jess however was as cool as a cucumber and pulled out all the stops until we sold again. It was seriously close to the wire but I had every confidence in her. She is very knowledgeable and professionally and I cannot recommend her enough. I would definitely sell with her again.... I could not recommend Jessica more highly! We purchased our property through Jess and I only wish we sold our property with her! What i liked is that she was not pushy at all, she let us view the property at our own pace and only responded to our questions. Our purchase was not straight forward and there were lots of complications but she handled it all in a professional and honest manner, even taking the time to chat sometimes at 8pm for an hour or so! Her patience and professionalism is rare in the market these days. Hopefully we won't be moving any time soon but we would be using her if we did & will recommend to all our friends!... Read more
