Beware of Jigsaw Property Solutions in Lincoln.
This is the worst Estate Agent to manage your property in Lincoln. Our property was given to them to manage, and they lied to us that they managed the property to later find out that we were paying them to manage the property, but they never managed the property.
Also, billing us for repairs they never carried out and the list goes on and on.
When we got the property back it was in a very bad state, and they just washed their hands off it.
Beware of Jigsaw Property Solutions in Lincoln.

Rented a property from Jigsaw for last 9yrs. And cannot fault the service from the team. Any issues are recitified swiftly obviously depending on severity.
We are very lucky to have a brilliant landlord too. Well done Team Jigsaw

rude on the phone, refusal to help, and they kept £50 of my deposit for literally no reason and refused to dispute it. They say i called up for a callout. I did not. They cannot provide me with proof that I called them.

Absolutely disgusting arranged a viewing for a Saturday morning and then an email sent saying it is cancelled because the property is still occupied so why advertise in the first place

Generally a good agency, the only thing I can fault them on is communication with the landlords. Countless times the landlord / workmen entered the property unannounced without giving the 24 hours notice required by law. Even when explicitly stating when reporting things that needed repairing in the property that we wanted to be present during and to arrange the time, landlord would sometimes show up on other days during the week with no notice, and one time I had a ladder put up against my bedroom window whilst getting changed, and workmen appeared at the bottom of the stairs without notice. As a female living away from home at times this was uncomfortable and at times made me feel unsafe (waking up to random work men at the bottom of the stairs who had access to the property and had let themselves in without knocking), so communication between tenant - landlord - and agency needs to be improved, other than that we had no issues.

Organised a viewing with this company about a week in advance got time off from Uni etc.
On the day of viewing I was informed that the property was no longer available.
A simple email could have sorted this. But instead I missed lectures for nothing.

I rented through these agents and when I had no hot water due to a pressure valve breaking in the water tank they told me the fix would take up to two weeks due to needing parts - this was the information from their trusted engineer. I got a second opinion to find this was not the case and part could be bought direct from PTS. Staff where rude and snarky on the phone I asked for a manager to be told I’d already spoken to the office manager who was just as rude too. However they said I had no evidence of their attitude - because it was on the phone. All in all a horrid experience I moved after 6 months minimum on my tenancy was finished. They make you feel like you’re a nuisance for reporting problems. I’ll probably be notified to remove this review also! ????????

Quick to respond and efficient. However, staff are rude and treat you with apathy and disdain. Makes you feel like a burden when you have to contact them.

£50 for replacing a single lost key. Cheers, I didn't realise the keys are struck from solid gold.
Couldn't have been less helpful when our house filled with mould.
Also charging a fee to resign a contract for an additional year? I'm in the wrong business.
We were also lied to about the nature of a neighbouring business, I believe his words were "they are quiet 80year old men, you'll never here them". Turned out it was a regular noise nuisance that kept us up at night.
