I did not know that renting a flat was so easy. We were looking for a flat to rent and we have been advised that those new building flat were managed by JLL. We were welcome by Rosie who helped and assisted us throughout the process. She is very helpful and replied to all our queries to our satisfaction. She has also been very patient as we asked to see the flat we liked 3 or 4 times. Once we put an offer she liaised with the landlord and in 2 weeks everything was ready. The case passed to Laura who promptly prepared the tenancy agreement. The process was smooth and pain free. In less than one month they went all the paperwork and provided a very high level of service. I would strongly recommend JLL and our experience with Rosie and Laura was greatly positive.
