    JLL is the best realtors on the market! I have been dealing with many unprofessional realtors in the past that just give you nightmares. With JLL it was a different story, especially having Yusuf as a property manager. Never any issues. Their professionalism and services are outstanding. Keep up the good work!

    After 4 years of collaboration with the agency office as a tenant I could describe my experience as a very satisfying one. What really makes the difference is the personal relationship and the support and consideration that you can have from the allocated property manager in case. I have to say many thanks to Ziya Yusuf for making the whole process of my end of tenancy such a less stressful experience for me.     I became a tenant with JLL in September 2016. My property manager is Mara and people involved in initial paperwork were Michael and Bruna. I am thoroughly impressed with quality of service that all of them have provided. The previous agencies that I've dealt with simply can't compete. There were a few problems with the property that needed to be taken care of. I've had a number of landlords before and based on those experiences my hopes weren't very high. To my absolutely positive surprise, JLL were different. Mara worked with me tirelessly to get everything resolved. She was very responsive, she liaised with the contractors and always kept me up to date on how repairs arrangements were progressing. Thanks to Mara's work, everything has been kept in working order during my tenancy since then and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend JLL and this particular branch.

    JLL (in particular Yusuf) has been our property manager since we moved into our property some 5/6 months ago. We have had a couple of small issues with our toilet and washing machine not working properly and every time Yusuf has been helpful, polite and proactive in getting the issue fixed. Couldn't recommend enough and thanks for all your hard work!

    We had a pleasant experience dealing with JLL Letting Management team. They took preliminary photos to market the flat in time ahead and then uploaded all the professional photos. They kept us informed of the number of potential tenants they were showing the flat to helped us fixed one within one week of marketing. Fees is a bit high but I am so far very happy for the way it has been managed.

    I found this agency to be quite disorganized. One time I was asked to visit their office to sign an additional contract, and had to wait 30 minutes while they were looking for the paperwork. On a different occasion, I was told to meet their team member at a property, so when this person did not turn up I texted him and got "I'm on holiday" in return. My advice to anyone renting, please take HD Videos/Photographs of the property to avoid issues with deposit. The time that I wasted as a result of poor relationship management and delays is not something WAELLIS can refund.
