A great company...the whole experience from the first e-mail to getting into the property was fantastic...want to thank personally Joanna, Indra and Yusuf from their Westferry Circus office for their great professionalism...We rented a great flat from distance (Sofia, Bulgaria) without needing to come to London in advance at all; meanwhile, the whole process was under control, very transparent and well-managed...I recommend strongly

JLL has provided me with exceptional customer service by managing difficult multi-agency issues around the intermittent heating system in my rented flat. Mara Marchesi from their property managment branch has been highly professional, curteous and diligent in resolving matters. Her communication was respectful, service-oriented and sophisticated at all times, and she was persistent and insistent with contractors when appopriate and necessary. I highly recommend renting/buying with JLL.

I can highly recommend being a tenant with JLL, I have been myself for many years and the property management and support has been great. The property is managed by Nine Elms and they do a brilliant job with prompt replies and resolutions. I would specially like to mention Yusuf Ziya here who has been very professional, prompt and helpful always.

This review is for our property manager Yusuf. He has earned this 5 star review basis the excellent service provided. All our queries and requirements have been managed extremely well. The emails and calls are answered promptly and quickly. The maintenance works are addressed to within the stipulated timelines. So far the experience has been great and we hope it stays as is. I believe, that any foreigner trying to settle on a permanently basis in a new country can have difficulties finding a new home or apartment, because of lots of unknown every day and every where. I've spent two weeks visiting different let agencies trying to find affordable and nice place for the long term rent with no luck... Then, I don't know why, but I went to Blackheath, with no reason, just to have a walk around and observe the area. This is where I found JLL office. With no hope I've decided to go in and this is where I've met Hayley! Polite, smiling and professional girl listened to me carefully and was shortly ready with a few nice deals for me! We had a property view the same day and a few days later it was agreed!
