Very poor service. They trick you with nice service before you move in. As soon as you move in they pester you to post a good review. Once that is done then the bad service starts. Failure to send out contractors. Poor communications. Avoid.

Friendly and efficient - great service! We dealt with Oliver and Daniel at JLL Nine Elms, and they were excellent. Both very friendly, and accommodating - explaining everything and making additional enquiries when necessary on our behalf. The whole process was very smooth, no hassle - exactly what you need when you're busy and moving quickly! Highly recommended.

I have been using JLL for my last renting application. I have been impressed by the professionalism of this agency. Its agent Michael Chu has been very reliable throughout the whole process, organising the viewing, taking additional videos, answering all the questions regarding the apartment that caught my attention and making sure that I was aware of the situation at every step of the process until the signature of the tenancy agreement.
