JLL (in the capacity as a property manager) is resourceful and reliable. They have a good network of services providers who could attend to issue fairly quickly (for example, Ralph as the handyman).

My property manager, Hannan Ennassri has clearly raised the bar for the industry. Hannan is very professional, responsive and extremely helpful. She always goes above and beyond to make every situation better. You would totally want to rent an apartment for the fact that it is managed by Hannan.
