Thank you to Hanan and Alessandra at JLL Woodberry Down for making the process of finding our ideal property into an amazing journey. Hanan helped us sort through our selections and was like a friend the entire time, sharing her wisdom and patience with us at each showing. It all came down to her sincere concern and attempt to figure out what we were searching for.
Throughout the move-in process, Alessandra was our rock; she handled all the paperwork and details with such ease that it lifted a tremendous burden off our shoulders. She was always there, smiling and willing to assist or answer any queries, making things seem easy and uncomplicated.
They worked as a dream team, turning what could have been a taxing situation into something quite fun. Their kindness, expertise, and hard work not only helped us in finding an apartment, but also in finding a place we're happy to call home.
We are incredibly grateful to Hanan and Alessandra for their wonderful assistance and for making us feel at home. They really go above and above, therefore we heartily suggest them to anyone searching for a new residence.

As a newly arrived expatriate in London, settling in quickly and finding suitable accommodation requires a bit of luck.
We were fortunate to come across Hanan and his team. From the first inquiry call, Hanan asked precise questions, and we began viewing properties. During the viewings, Hanan meticulously introduced the condition of the flat, demonstrating a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel very trustworthy.
Following that, we proceeded with background checks and the signing process. Whenever we had questions, she responded promptly, making the signing process much smoother. Soon enough, we'll be moving into our new home. I highly recommend her brokerage services; you won't be disappointed.

Jll sold our house in Greenwich. We mostly dealt with Michael. We found him incredibly professional and empathetic to deal with. He was in touch with us most days throughout the process. If you are planning to sell your property we would highly recommend that you use Jll
