I have recently moved into a property with the help of JMS, this is my first time moving into a place of my own so it was a huge thing for me! Horrendous customer service. Becky is an extremely poor property manager and has put me off ever letting with this company - if she can’t be bothered to offer customer service and be helpful before you let than it’s only a given once you move in this will get worse. Would warn landlords not to list here because she doesn’t care about getting your properties let - she doesn’t like to communicate with your prospect new tenants - she is costing you money....
