Totally incompetent, rude & unhelpful. Had an awful experience with a landlord and Bridgfords refused to offer us any kind of assistance. If anything they made it more difficult. HORRENDOUS experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely abysmal customer service. They NEVER return phone calls or respond to emails...even when it's with serious problems such as them taking the rent payment twice, or urgent electrical repairs needed. They are completely incompetent; avoid them like the plague.
