INCOMPETENT!! I've never come across such a useless branch in my life! They didn't have a clue what to do at the end of my tenancy, didn't even want me to leave my keys with them even though that is what I was legally required to do! LOST MY DEPOSIT! That I was told 4 weeks ago I would receive! The only star I give is to Suzie the only one there that knows what the hell she is talking about! Stay clear of Kings Lynn if you don't want a years worth of hassle and stress
