All members of the team we worked with were courteous, professional and well informed. I would fully recommend their services.

    It has been a real pleasure letting out our flat with John D Wood. They inspired confidence at the outset and found us a great tenant really quickly. Their high professional standards made the whole process trouble free. Their agents are friendly, calm and reliable; the whole process has been a pleasure and I look forward to dealing with them in future.

    The team were very helpful and thorough in helping us let our property after a very quiet few months, going above and beyond to secure good tenants. There was always someone on hand to advise us and no stone was left unturned. John DW will be first port of call going forward.

    My wife and I have been looking for a place to rent for a while using a number of different agencies. By far the best experience was with john D. Wood. The stock that they had on was by far the best quality that we saw and they manage the fine balance between owner and potential tenant well. James Mooney was our contact there and he worked his socks off for us - nothing was too much bother. James had a high sense of understanding of the generic market, and then on the smaller scale a decent understanding of the owners and their needs and requirements. John D Wood is well organised from the start of the process to the conclusion, they come across as fair to both parties and their staff are knowledgeable and professional whilst remaining very pleasant to deal with. Selling or renting I would advise this company certainly in the Chelsea/Fulham area

    Only giving 1 star and can not give zero. Quite possibly the most incompetent business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Basically paid to be a middleman, not to actually look after property. Lost keys had to replace locks, signed a tenant into the property for 6 months without checking even though we stated we wouldn't take any less than 12 months. When tenant lost building keys we had to arrange replacements (difficult when living abroad!) again, why do we pay for their service? Left messages as needed questions answering, no answer, physically visited the shop when back in the UK to get answers to questions, lady was going on her break so said would answer our questions when back if we leave a list with her colleague. No answer, left messages no calls returned. Missed opportunity to have sofa delivered because of this. Finally got an answer to simple questions over a week later. Supposed to be moving into property this weekend, but as of now check out report hasn't been completed, property been vacated over a week, called yesterday to inform yet again keys have been lost so can't be completed until we get another replacement set to them, whilst we still have our sofa in storage! Awful, awful firm, shocking knowledge of landlords rights regarding access, made everything difficult. Never use.

    Entwistle Green - Allerton Road

    Poor communication. From the outset all seemed fine. Informed that there would be no initial charges only to find they more or less take all of the first months rent for "advertising fees" and inventory checks which aren't discussed in the first meeting. Hidden fees including renewal of contracts, cease of agreements and told regular inspections would be performed. Despite chasing the regular inspections, they still weren't done. After ceasing the agreement they continued to take money off the tenant and again poorly communicated the process of righting accounts. All in all a poor service, poor communication for both landlord and tenant. Fully investigate any hidden charges but all in all stay away!

    Entwistle Green - Allerton Road

    An excellent service.... Very prompt on communication and very organized. We took on Morris Dibben after 4 weeks with another agent with not one offer. Charlie, Liam and Leah managed to market the property and with in a week had sold it. Unfortunately on that occasion the sale fell through due to change in circumstance with the buy. The team where quick to get back on the ball and had viewing lined up within hours of it being back on the market. And a new offer was made the same week and has gone through very smoothy and quickly. We were very impressed with the quality of the viewers and it was obvious compared to the other agent that they had clearly pre-approve and made sure that the viewers had a genuine interest in the property. I would recommend Charlie and his team to anyone who want the job done properly! Thank you so very much Charlie, Liam and Leah you are true super star estate agents .
