Would just like to extend our thanks and gratitude to all the staff at Hamptons Ealing, but in particular to Selina Doran, for making the process of selling and buying through them a wholly smooth and pain-free experience. We encountered a fair few obstacles along the way (it wasn't the simplest of chains) which Selina dealt with with the minimum of fuss. She put us at ease as the process became more complicated, by always chasing the information we required right across the whole chain. We always felt like we were kept informed even when there was no news to tell us. We even heard from Selina from her holidays (which she really shouldn't have!) as she was keen to keep us reassured that things were progressing.
