I instructed John D. Wood (South Kensington) to market my 1 bed flat for rental and Ghiles and his team did a great job. Honest advice from the start on pricing, knowledgeable about the market and the type of renters out there looking. I also asked them to give me feedback on what if anything I needed doing to my flat to freshen it up a bit. From putting my flat on the market they let it on the first viewing for the full asking price with the tenant moving in the following week. Can't ask for more than that. Will be using John D.
