Her kind professionalism and genuine spirit really translated across well & it was something that struck me every time I had the pleasure of speaking with her on the phone & via email. Rosemary and Rob at Bairstow Eves, Loughton are real assets to the company! The service from the first phone call to the handing over of the keys was flawless. Having had a great experience in the past with Bairstow Eves in Stratford, it was a no brainer to come back. Everything from the tenant visits to the referencing and organising of dates and visits, was so professionally done. The tenants, who were found within days, are so perfect for the property, as a landlord, I could not be happier. If you are looking for professionalism, great tenants/landlords, efficiency with excellent communication, these are the guys to go with, I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
