Very happy with the service of both this agent and their partners across SE London in selling our house in Shooters Hill at the tail end of last year.

Despite the friendly staff, their back office processes and admin team are beyond a joke... they are chaotic, disorganised and do not communicate. Despite moving out a month ago, we're still awaiting a refund on over paid rent. That, and despite having moved out, we still received a call about renewing our tenancy. I would not recommend to anyone who wants a smooth process or back office team who know what they are doing. Tenant or Landlord - avoid unless you have spare time to chase people and want an admin nightmare.

I am so glad that we chose Acorn to market ans sell our property in South London. The service in all areas was second to none they dealt with everything in the most professional and efficient manner possible. An added complication was that the transaction had to be largely carried out online and by telephone as I no longer live in the UK and, as I am not particularly good with new technology, I was pleasantly surprised that everything went so well. Acorn were incredibly professional in arranging the letting of my house.
