We used John Payne to find our current flat in Greenwich and were very impressed by the service they offered. In particular we liked that they weren't over salesy and annoying so a big thumbs up to Liam who was our initial contact. I felt confident that I could trust him and John Payne during what can often be a stressful process.

We also found John Payne very professional from liaising with the landlady, sorting out the contract, references, as well as the inventory process on moving into the property.

For us they are also managing the property and on moving in we had two unforeseen issues which they fixed within two days of us reporting them.

So a big thanks to them and as of this moment we recommend them.

My partner and I cannot recommend Daisy (and the rest of the team) enough. As first-time buyers, Daisy provided us with great insight into the area and gave invaluable knowledge about the property buying process – she always made time to answer our questions. We'd had a difficult experience with a previous estate agent and were amazed at Daisy always being available for calls and always being on top of communications. Our deadline was tight, but Daisy did everything she could (chasing and prompting everyone involved) to make sure that it was met. Having bought and sold a number of residential properties in the past, It is an unusual but absolute pleasure to commend John Payne for their level of customer care and attention to detail. Whilst the sale of a property to a domestic property owner is significant, to the busy branch of an estate agents, it must feel like just another sale in a long line of ongoing sales.

In this case however, my experience was quite different.

From initial discussions, to incidental queries though to exchanging contracts, John Payne managed to make me feel as though my property was their utmost priority. In addition, they managed the careful balance of following up without sounding as though they were chasing up.

Throughout the conveyancing process, the team kept me up to date on negotiations, managed relations with solicitors on both sides and then personally called me this afternoon to confirm exchange of contracts.

My boyfriend and I found the process of renting a house with John Payne a straightforward and transparent process. We were mainly helped by Dylan, (also shown the property by his colleague) and we have found them both easy to work with, pleasant, and communicative without being pushy.
The property is now also being managed by this company, and so far minor teething problems/questions we have had have also been promptly addressed by Annie. So overall, so far wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
