I had dealings with this firm some months ago as a prospective purchaser. They gave me the run-around for weeks, rarely following protocol. It was either incompetence, or arrogance.....
In my personal opinion the office has a very unprofessional relationship with a Mr Tosh, the Property Asset Manager at Surrey County Council/PROPERTY DEVELOPER?!??

My partner and I were first time buyers and guided through each step of the process by Lara - from initial viewing until completion. Laras quick, detailed correspondence ensured the seller of our enthusiasm and her availability allowed us to view and offer without delay.

Amanda, John, and Lara provided a great service during the sale of my late mother's home. Living 2 hour drive away, we wanted a professional estate agent that would support, guide and help during the process. This family run business fitted our needs exactly.

We can now say we have used the services of John Wadsworth Estate agents for selling (and buying albeit about 20 years ago). Our personal experience is one of great professionalism, diplomacy, genuinely nice people to deal with.
As with many properties i'm sure, we had a couple of issues that came along with the sale of our property. These were dealt with by Lara, John and Amanda with ease.
The attentiveness is something that sticks in my mind, always kept up to speed with any movement, however small it may be. To me that's important, good communication is key.
