I don’t usually write reviews but Robin certainly deserves this one. We moved back in December after 6 months of what can only be described as hell. ????. We wouldn’t have got there without the calm and support that Robin provides. We brought a house off of Robin in June with a very short chain. Robin helped with us getting the price we were happy to pay and then every week fort for us time and time again. Our solicitors and our buyers communication was let’s say a little weak! But Robin powered through to get the sale over the line. He directed me every step of the way with advice and calm words whilst I was ( going nuts). Robin got the sale done in six months and I can hand on heart say without him it would have a. Fallen through or b. Still been going through now. I think most people would agree that selling and buying a home can be a stressful experience. However, we had the great fortune of choosing Johnson's to sell our home and from the off we were treated like friend's and not just customers. We were constantly updated on the selling process, which remarkably took only a matter of weeks. My wife even remarked over the amazing photos that were taken of our property "and exactly why are we selling?", which is the perfect example of the service they supplied. Selling a house can as people who have been through the process be quite harrowing. I have appreciated Matthew's and Robin's experience, positive attitude and helpful council when needed. During the process of selling a house in Walton on the hill, I have also valued the prompt feedback on developments. Both Robin and Matthew were very easy to talk to and were very understanding when I had a slight problem with the buyer of my property. Even though we were purchasing our home, rather than selling it, through Johnson's, my husband and I thought they were great throughout the entire process. I'll certainly be recommending them in the future to anyone I know. We recently sold our house through Johnson’s IPA and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in the future. They have great knowledge of the local market and gave very good advice. I dealt with Matthew for the majority of the sale and he was a professional throughout. Johnson's provided us with a very personalised service, which I think you can only get from a small family run business. Matt hand-held us throughout the whole process, and when we faced some unexpected twist and turns, Matt was amazing and pulled out all the stops to ensure the sale went through smoothly. I think the whole experience would have been far more stressful if I didn't have Matt to carefully manage all parties and keep me calm!
