A very disappointing experience. My house sale fell through three times as a result of incorrect/information being given to prospective buyers. It sold eventually, but my overall experience with Johnsons was very poor. Even Daniel, who I believe is the manager/owner, said ‘If I was you I would have gone with a new agent by now’. When I complained, instead of apologising for my experience, I was made out to be a liar.

I would like to put on record my family's gratitude towards Aqueelah at Johnsons and Partners.
Due to serious illness, my mother and father needed to move to Nottingham to be closer to my brother as quickly as possible. Thanks in no small part to Aqueelah we completed our house purchase 39 days after viewing it for the first time.
After explaining the situation to Aqueelah, she said she would do everything in her power to move things forward as quickly as possible and that's exactly what she did. She kept me updated and informed throughout the process and was diligent and professional throughout. She was always available and made things run quickly and smoothly.
We are extremely grateful and thankful for her efforts.

This agency is stuck in the dark ages when it comes to communication, presentation, systems and professionalism.
I am both a landlord and a prospective tenant for a property so I have had several dealings with estate agents and letting agencies. This is by far the worst agency I have come across in several years.

My partner enquired to arrange a viewing on a bungalow in Burton Joyce weeks ago.No call back so we called back and a couple of calls returned saying they were struggling to contact vendor.Heard nothing at all from anyone in over a week.The property needs removing because the vendor or the agent
clearly has no interest on selling.
Months now and still nothing oh and the property is still on sale Joke!!!!

Efficient and friendly service where nothing is too much trouble. Managed to market and sell our property for full asking price within a week when it had previously been on with another agent for over 3 months with no viewings. i honestly believe if it wasn't for the hard working nature of everyone in the office our complex chain would have fallen through. Cannot recommend highly enough

We currently have our kitchen refurbished and doors to rooms exchanged. Unfortunately the flow of acurate information is terrible. They can send you dozen of emails about works that will be done at home, but no details.
Example: yesterday I received an email that the door to my room will be exchanged some time in the next couple of days. I replied asking for the details, so I can move my valuables, but haven't received a message back. I come back from work today, I have a new door, mess in my room and destroyed 3 pairs of shoes.
Agency ignores some information you send..
Exampe: They informed us in an email that the basement will be cleaned and refurbished. I received a picture of a bicycle in the basement with a question if I can recognize it. I've replied that it's my bicycle and the next day it was gone.
Bullies - they can send you a messages about rent payment 3-5 times on the 1st day of the month, but don't reply to your messages within 24hrs.
