I rented a flat by jon rosi for a year. I would not reccommend this agency. It took more than 1 month to return my deposit. When I emailed Karen I got no reply. Everytime I call them they make different excuses, like I was on holiday, we are waiting for your bank detail, we are processing. They had new tenant but our deposit was still with them. I got my deposit back only after I called Small claim court. When I called them to ask for my deposit they were not very polite to me. Very bad experience with jon rosi.... Read more

Rude and irresponsible stuff. I called 3 days ago, 07 August, very early in the morning, to view a house. I was told that the property has just been put in the market. They sent me a form which I filled immediately. A lady said once the landlord confirms, they would let me know. I followed up everyday. On the fourth day, I called again, the same lady told me that they are full for viewing. I asked why I was not included, she, shamelessly, replied that I was late!? They have no business ethics. I have lived in a property managed by Jon Rosi for almost 10 years, for a large part of that time with Karen C. We are sad to be leaving because as an agency they are highly efficient and professional with a family feel. Any problems we've had have been resolved quickly with understanding of how it could impact on us. Karen in particular has been fantastic in keeping us up to date with any changes, helping to resolve queries and managing our check out with her friendly and professional manner. As a tenant, I have had a very good experience from the beginning when applying for the rental, and now as a tenant. Any problem that I have encountered in the property, (very few as it is lovely here) has been dealt with like lightning. Karen Brown has been great as maintenance manager and continues this way. Would highly recommend.... Read more

I have used Jon Rosi for over 5 years as a tenant. Karen Brown has been excellent. All maintenance issues are promptly addressed. They seem to have a short-notice fix-it person on hand for any issue. A completely different experience in comparison to the other agents I have dealt with in the past. Felt like I got a personalised service. Will miss the crew at Jon Rosi now that I am leaving.
